Quality of Life (QOL) Can we use our QOL funding for engineering study? Our prior notes indicate we can use up to $100k for engineering studies to satisfy DOT requirements and perhaps as match for other funding resources. David Green will talk with Steve Cover and Heather Alhadeff to determine where they are with the QOL funding priorities we worked on with Heather and timeline for funding. We would like to make sure that we can use some of the funds to do further engineering work to advance us in the LCI process and for Fast Forward funding. How we stay involved?
